With nearly 20 years of experience and a PhD in Exercise Science in progress, I specialize in helping athletes and active individuals build injury resilience and unlock their full potential for enhanced performance. I use evidence-based methods, including Functional Range Systems and VALD technology, to assess, train, and rehabilitate the body in ways that create lasting results. I also support athletic departments, performance staff, and industrial organizations as an Applied Movement & Performance Consultant, specializing in joint prerequisites, tissue capacity, and return-to-performance.
While I primarily work with athletes, I also help people dealing with chronic pain move better and regain the ability to do what they love - including the things they thought they had to give up.
